If you're seeking a white wine that encapsulates the essence of fresh fruits and embodies the Italian preference for crispness, Marotti Campi's Verdicchio is the perfect choice for you to explore.
All three variants of the Marotti Campi Verdicchio have received exceptional ratings this year, with each scoring 90 points or above according to Wine Spectator.
In addition to the red wines made from Lacrima di Mori, a nearly extinct grape, that received accolades, Salmariano was awarded Grand Vino by Slow Wine Italy. Orgiolo was also honored with the prestigious Italian wine award, Tre Bicchieri.
Notably, Orgiolo stands as the sole Lacrima wine to have ever achieved this recognition. During our event, all five wines will be carefully paired with four delectable courses, including a delightful spumante rosato brut. Lorenzio will passionately describe his wines alongside captivating tales of the stunning region of Le Marche. The menu features an enticing lineup: Antipasto - Local Seafood Salad, Primo - Paccheri di Mare (large format macaroni with mussels), Secondo - Roast lamb with wild mushrooms and seasonal vegetables, and Formaggio - A cheese course to finish off the meal, showcasing sheep and cow milk cheeses, amplified by a mystery dessert wine handpicked by Lorenzio himself.
